The Lyceum club was founded in 2003 by Christine Péchiné, encouraged by the club in Dijon and the President of the Federation, Edith de l’Hermite, and took form ex-nihilo with members who did not already know each other.
The organization in 2007 of the AILC Congress under the auspices of Christine Péchiné, and the exchanges with other clubs have contributed to give it a club of national and international dimensions.
The club continues to welcome people of varied backgrounds, and four presidents have actively helped the club to flourish.
The club regularly increases its membership via young and dynamic women who join it.
The new team, elected in 2018, has structured and enriched the various activities.
Close to Grenoble, the two clubs exchange regularly while maintaining their distinctives characteristics.*]
